Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. On items that are not Final Sale, there is a "cancel your order" button in the order confirmation email that you may use in the first 6 hours. Alternatively, you may cancel your order by emailing an order cancellation request to info@onenessboutique.com at any time prior to the order being shipped.

Final Sale items may not be cancelled.
