Shipping Policy
We are a small team and ship as quickly as possible. Single item orders consistently ship out within 1-3 business days. Orders with up to 10 items may take 2-4 business days. Please allow 3-7 business days for orders with more than 10 items. That said, even bulk orders may ship in 1 business day depending on order volume at that time.
In rare cases, order volume greatly exceeds our ability to ship in a timely manner. In those rare cases, it may take 7-20 business days to ship your order.
Heads up: We don’t offer refunds or returns for damaged, dented, or crushed shoe boxes. With the number of sneakers we ship out, it’s just not possible to guarantee every box arrives in perfect shape — but rest assured, all pairs are brand new and 100% authentic.
SHIPPING NOTES: Shipping carriers are currently NOT guaranteeing delivery time frames. You may need to allow added time for delivery. For tight timelines or Next Day needs, please call us at (502) 749-3267 or email us at info@onenessboutique.com after placing your order to ensure we're aware of the expedited request. Saturday Delivery on UPS is only available by telephone with UPS confirmation, so the customer needs to call UPS and provide their tracking info in the event they are seeking an expedited Saturday delivery.
SNEAKER BOXES: Oneness is not responsible for refunds or returns due to damaged, dented, or crushed shoe boxes. We sell a high volume of sneakers, and while all products are brand new and authentic, it is impossible to guarantee a 100% perfect shoe box upon arrival every time.
International Customers: We use Shopify Markets Pro, therefore shipping charges include any taxes, duties or brokerage fees that may apply at delivery.
